HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION

What's included in the HOA fee?

The HOA is to be paid monthly. The fee includes maintenance of the building (exterior), pool, fence, community roads, electric, garden, light poles with the materials. Security, fumigation, garbage servic third party (liability) insurance are also included – the association may add more later.

How much cash reserve should the HOA have?

The association will calfulate its income/expenses, A monthly calculation will be done to determine the reserve amount.

Can the HOA be increased, and who are the deciders?

Yes, it can be increased but by means of a general owners meeting. If there is a majority, it is approve A basis for this change must be presented.

Are there other required insurance costs besides those within the HOA:

Each owner must provide the association with a copy of insurance covering their home and inventory against fire, water damage, etc. (every year).
